The invention also relates in a second aspect to an assembly comprising such a fixing support and a said electronic unit mounted on said support by means of said fixing means. Preferably, the free curved ends of said retaining arms project transversely from the external face of said housing by a predetermined distance advantageously between 20 and 30 mm. Detailed description of a preferred embodiment FIG. 1 represents a partial view of a trunk 1 of a motor vehicle delimited at the front by the backrests 2 of a row of rear seats, in the lower part by a floor 3, at the rear by a trunk panel or a tailgate which is not visible, in the upper part by concealment means formed by a fixed or removable rear shelf, not shown, and on the sides by two lateral flanks of which only the right flank 4 is visible. The latter has a side wall 5 constituting a part of the body structure of the vehicle and in which is formed a boss 5A forming a wheel arch. The lateral flank 4 also comprises at its front end two metal reinforcing pieces made of stamped sheet metal 6, 7 fixed one above the other to the side wall 5 (the lower reinforcing piece 6 being further fixed to the floor 3 ) and filling the obviously formed in this side wall 5 at the front of the boss 5A. With reference to FIG. 4, this lateral flank 4 is covered by a semi-rigid lateral covering trim 9 made of plastic or carpet, obtained for example by molding or thermoforming and the geometry of which is defined by the constraints of the architecture of the vehicle and in particular by the shape of the side wall. The trunk 1 houses an electronic unit constituted by an audio amplifier 10 interposed between the side trim trim 9 and the right lateral flank 4 as illustrated in this FIG. 4, As can be seen in FIG. 1, this amplifier 10 is fixed against this right lateral flank 4 by means of a fixing support 20 according to the invention. We will now describe in detail this fixing support 20 with the support of FIGS. 2 and 3. In the remainder of this description and by convention, the terms “front”, “rear”, “upper”, “lower”, “longitudinal” and “transverse” will be defined relative to the position occupied by this support 20 in its configuration of service where it is fixed on the right lateral side 4. The fixing support 20 comprises a metal plate 21 having an external reception face for the audio amplifier 10. This plate 21 comprises a triangular plate 22 extending along a vertical longitudinal plane and designed to receive the amplifier 10, two front lashing tabs 23 and upper 24 making it possible to rigidly secure the support 20 respectively to the lower part of reinforcement 6 and to the upper portion of the boss 5A of the lateral flank 4, and a lower anchoring tab 25 making it possible to rigidly secure this support 20 to the floor 3. The support 20 also includes three threaded fixing studs 26 extending transversely projecting from the external face of the plate 21 and making it possible to rigidly secure the audio amplifier 10 to this plate 21. More specifically, these three studs 26 are welded to the center of three circular bosses 27 produced by stamping on the triangular plate 22 near its three vertices in order to facilitate the positioning of the head of a welding tool. As illustrated in Figure 1, the three studs 26 are provided to cooperate with three tabs 11 formed on the amplifier 10 and each provided with an orifice intended to be threaded on a said corresponding stud to allow the attachment of this amplifier 10 on the support 20 using nuts which are screwed onto these studs 26. Extending at a first end of the plate 21 in the extension of the lower front apex of the plate 22, the front lashing tab 23 comprises a proximal portion 23A extending downward coplanar to the wall 22, an intermediate portion inclined 23B extending on the external side, as well as a distal portion 23C extending in front of the plate 22 and in a vertical longitudinal plane parallel to the latter. This distal portion 23C also has a circular attachment orifice 23D intended to allow, as shown in Figure 1, the fixing of the front tab 23 on the lower reinforcement piece 6, using a through screw this orifice as well as a hole made in the reinforcement piece 6 and coming to be screwed onto a nut welded around this hole on the internal face of this piece 6. Extending at a second end of the plate 21 in the extension of the upper apex of the plate 22, the upper lashing tab 24 inclined on the internal side has an oblong attachment notch 24A intended to allow, as shown in the figure 1, its attachment to the top of the boss 5A of the side wall 5, using a nut which is screwed onto a threaded stud 12 welded to this boss 5A and previously inserted in this notch 24A. Extending at a third end of the plate 21 in the extension of the rear lower vertex of the plate 22, the lower anchoring tab 25 comprises a proximal portion 25A in the form of a square extending downwards then towards the before coplanar to the wall 22, an intermediate portion 25B extending downward from the free end of the proximal portion 25A and in a plane substantially coplanar with the latter, as well as a curved distal portion 25C extending on the side external perpendicular to the intermediate portion 25B and in a horizontal plane. The plate 21 also comprises three buttonholes 28 formed in its rear part and each intended, as illustrated in FIG. 1, to allow the snap-fastening of a respective clamping clip 13 of the various electrical supply harnesses 14 connected to amplifier 10. These buttonholes 28 are arranged respectively on the plate 22 near its rear lower apex, at the free end of the proximal portion 25A in the form of a square of the lower tab 25, and at the free end of a curved tongue. 29 connected to the distal portion 25C of this same lower tab 25. As illustrated in FIG. 4, the curved free ends 30B, 31B, 32B, 33B of the arms are provided to rest in abutment against a foam plate 9A formed on the internal face of the side trim trim 9 so as to hold it laterally. The length of the arms is also calculated so as to permanently maintain their curved free ends (and therefore the side trim trim 9 resting there) spaced apart by a predetermined distance advantageously between 20 and 30 mm from the external face of the audio amplifier 10 fixed against plate 22 of plate 21. Such an audio amplifier conventionally having a thickness of approximately 50 mm, the length of the arms 30, 31, 32, 33 will therefore in practice be at least 70 mm and advantageously between 70 and 80 mm. Preferably, the retaining arms 30, 31, 32, 33 and the plate 21 are produced by folding and stamping from the same sheet of sheet metal (advantageously made of steel or aluminum) previously cut out. In order to improve their mechanical resistance to deformation, the retaining arms 30, 31, 32, 33 advantageously have, at their fold lines, stiffening ribs 34 stamped. The two arms 30, 31 extend from the plate 22 symmetrically relative to the median transverse plane of the latter. More specifically, the arm 30 takes root on the lateral edge 22A of this plate 22 connecting its front and upper tops, while the arm 31 takes root on its lateral edge 22B connecting its rear tops. The two arms 32, 33 extend in turn from the two front legs 23 and lower 25. More specifically, the arm 32 takes root on the rear edge of the proximal portion 23A of the front leg 23, while the arm 33 takes root on the front edge of the proximal portion 25A in the form of a square of the lower tab 25.
